Boil water notice is RESCINDED for the Lilly Grove side of the LGSUD water system

May 07, 2025

The boil water notice for the LILLY GROVE side of the LGSUD water system has been rescinded!

On 5/1/25 and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required Lilly Grove SUD to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system (due to a 10 inch main line water break on FM 343), the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. Lilly Grove SUD has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of 5/1/25.If you have questions concerning this matter, you may contact Zachariah Mobley (Operator) at 1-936-715-8191 or Nichol Daniel (Office Manager) at 936-569-9292.
